Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of your FlowDM account, Instagram connection, and associated data at any time.

Disconnect Instagram

Open FlowDM Settings → Channels and disconnect the Instagram account. You can also remove FlowDM from Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.

Delete your FlowDM data

Email vladvibing@gmail.com from the address associated with your FlowDM workspace. Use the subject “FlowDM data deletion” and include the Instagram username and workspace name. We will acknowledge the request and complete deletion within 30 days unless retention is legally required.

What is deleted

Deletion covers stored Instagram access tokens, contacts, conversations, messages, automation runs, workspace configuration, and user account information. Security and transaction records may be retained for the period required by law.

Meta callback

Requests sent through a Meta data-deletion callback are validated and handled using the same process. A confirmation identifier is returned for valid requests.
