These Terms govern your use of FlowDM. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using FlowDM

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and may use FlowDM only in compliance with applicable law, Instagram policies, and Meta Platform Terms. You are responsible for the content of your automations and messages.

Messaging rules

You may contact people only when permitted by Meta messaging policies and applicable marketing and privacy law. You must honor opt-outs and may not use FlowDM for spam, harassment, deception, or prohibited content.

Your accounts and content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant FlowDM the limited permission needed to host, process, and transmit it to provide the service. Keep login credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access.

Service changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Instagram and Meta may change their APIs, permissions, review requirements, or service availability, which can affect FlowDM.

Fees

Any paid plan, price, renewal period, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. The current MVP has no active paid subscription.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. FlowDM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or changes made by Meta. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using FlowDM at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or platform risk.
