This Privacy Policy explains how FlowDM collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our Instagram automation service.
Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, workspace configuration, automation content, and technical service logs. When you connect Instagram, we receive the professional account identifier, username, messages, comments, and related contact identifiers needed to provide the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate automations, deliver and organize messages, provide analytics, secure the service, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Meta platform data
Instagram access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to perform actions you configure. Message and comment data is retained only as needed to provide the product and comply with applicable law and Meta Platform Terms.
Data sharing
We use infrastructure and database providers to host the service. These processors receive only the information needed to provide their services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of FlowDM.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect Instagram or request account deletion at any time. We remove or anonymize personal information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to processing, or delete personal information. Contact us at vladvibing@gmail.com.
Security
We use encryption, access controls, signed webhook verification, and event deduplication. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
